Job description
The American Museum of Natural History seeks a full-time Associate General Counsel to support the Office of General Counsel. You will advise across departments on litigation, contracts, licenses, IP, governance, and compliance, and manage external counsel while crafting strategy and controlling costs.
Requirements include a J.D. from an accredited law school, admission to the New York State Bar, and at least seven years of relevant experience.
