Associate General Dentist With A High-Growth Opportunity

Build your clinical skills in a place to grow as a dentist while treating patients you actually enjoy. We’re hiring an Associate General Dentist to join a multi-practice group that is actively growing. This is an ideal opportunity for a dentist who enjoys treating patients of all ages and wants to develop clinically within a structured, high-performing, and expanding organization.

This is not a schedule-filling role. It’s a long-term opportunity for a dentist who wants real mentorship, strong clinical standards, and a clear path for growth as our organization continues to expand.

Why You’ll Want This Role

Join a five-practice group with continued growth ahead

Diverse patient base: kids, teens, and adults

Strong mix of restorative, surgical, and comprehensive dentistry

Mentorship and support to build confidence and expand skills

Efficient systems that reduce stress and support excellence

Leadership invested in your development—not just production

Who We’re Looking For

General dentist who enjoys caring for both kids and adults

Interested in growing restorative and surgical skills

Clear, confident communicator with patients and families

Growth-minded, coachable, and quality-driven
