Associate Housekeeper Support Services IIArco, MN $32,089 - $39,099 a yearJob Type: Full TimeJob Summary:This role is dedicated to ensuring a clean, safe, and sanitary environment in line with healthcare standards and infection control protocols. The associate will play a vital part in maintaining hygiene and safety across assigned areas.Key Responsibilities:Maintain cleanliness and safety in designated spaces.Clean and disinfect operating rooms and shared areas thoroughly.Operate and care for cleaning equipment and supplies responsibly.Properly handle, separate, and dispose of both regular and biohazardous waste.Adhere strictly to infection prevention, safety, and organizational policies.Collaborate effectively within a team and work independently to fulfill department goals.Education and Experience:High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred.Previous experience in a related cleaning or support role is advantageous.Certification as a Surgical Cleaning Technician is a plus.Typically requires 1-2 years of relevant experience.Work Schedule:Full-time, first shift (8 AM - 4 PM) with rotating weekends and holidays.This position is located in a regional healthcare facility serving the Midwest area of the United States.
