Job description
Associate Housekeeper Support Services IIJoin a dedicated team focused on maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment in healthcare settings across the Midwest region. This role involves thorough cleaning and disinfecting of operating rooms and common areas, ensuring compliance with infection control and safety policies. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining cleaning equipment, proper handling and disposal of regular and biohazardous waste, and collaborating effectively with team members to meet department goals.Education and Experience:- High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred. - Prior experience in a related cleaning or support services role is advantageous. - Certification as a Surgical Cleaning Technician is a plus. - Typically requires 1-2 years of relevant experience. This position offers a first shift schedule with rotating weekends and holiday duties, providing a stable and supportive work environment.
