Associate Housekeeping TechnicianBellingham, MN $29,889 - $37,099 a yearJob Type: Full TimeJob SummaryThis role is dedicated to ensuring a clean, safe, and sanitary environment in healthcare settings, adhering strictly to infection control protocols and facility standards.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain cleanliness and safety in assigned areas, including operating rooms and common spaces.Clean and disinfect surfaces and equipment following established guidelines.Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively.Properly handle, separate, and dispose of regular and biohazardous waste.Adhere to all infection prevention, safety, and organizational policies.Collaborate with team members and work independently to fulfill department objectives.Education and ExperienceHigh school diploma or G.E.D. preferred.Previous experience in a related cleaning or housekeeping role is advantageous.Certification as a Surgical Cleaning Technician is preferred.1-2 years of relevant work experience recommended.Work Schedule: Part-time, approximately 30 hours per week, primarily first shift with varied hours including weekends and holidays on a rotating basis.This position is located in a regional healthcare facility serving the Midwest area of the United States.
