Healthcare Cleaning TechnicianJoin a dedicated team focused on maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment in healthcare settings across the Midwest region. This role involves cleaning and disinfecting operating rooms and common areas, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly maintained and sanitized. Responsibilities include the safe handling and disposal of regular and biohazardous waste, adhering strictly to infection prevention and safety protocols. The position requires working both independently and collaboratively to meet the needs of the department.EducationHigh school diploma or G.E.D. preferred.ExperiencePrevious related experience is preferred, ideally 1-2 years in a similar role.RequirementsCertification as a Surgical Cleaning Technician is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates must be able to work varied hours including weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule. This part-time role typically involves 30 scheduled weekly hours during the first shift.
