Associate Housekeeping TechnicianJoin a dedicated team focused on maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment within a healthcare setting in the Midwest region of the United States. This role involves cleaning and disinfecting operating rooms and common areas, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly maintained and sanitized. Responsibilities include the safe handling and disposal of regular and biohazardous waste, adhering strictly to infection prevention and safety protocols. The position requires working both independently and collaboratively to meet the needs of the department.Education and Experience:- High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred. - Previous related experience is advantageous. - Certification as a Surgical Cleaning Technician is preferred. - 1-2 years of relevant work experience is desirable. This full-time role operates on the first shift, with scheduled weekly hours totaling 37.5. Rotating weekends and holidays are required, offering a dynamic and supportive work environment.
