Associate Housekeeping TechnicianHolland, MN $32,089 - $39,099 a yearJob Type: Full TimeJob SummaryThis role is dedicated to ensuring a clean, safe, and sanitary environment in healthcare settings, adhering to infection control standards and safety protocols.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain cleanliness and sanitation in assigned areas, including operating rooms and common spaces.Clean and disinfect surfaces and equipment following established guidelines.Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely and effectively.Properly handle, separate, and dispose of regular and biohazardous waste.Comply with infection prevention, safety, and organizational policies.Work both independently and collaboratively to fulfill department objectives.Education and ExperienceHigh school diploma or G.E.D. preferred.Previous related experience is advantageous.Certification as a Surgical Cleaning Technician is preferred.1-2 years of relevant work experience recommended.Work ScheduleFirst shift, typically 8 AM to 4 PM, with rotating weekends and holidays required.This position is located in a regional healthcare facility serving the Midwest area of the United States.
