Associate I Payroll
Our client, a medical device and healthcare company, is looking for an Associate I Payroll for their North Chicago, IL location.
Requirements:
Previous work with state agencies
Work on tax notices, work with tax providers, power of attorneys, and 3rd party authorizations
Has multi-state tax experience
Microsoft Office Suites (Excel)
Communication: Clear and effective communication
Attention to Detail: Ensuring all aspects of the project are thoroughly considered and executed
High school with at least 2-3 years payroll tax experience
Solid foundation of payroll taxes- federal, state and Fica taxes
Tax filing exp- payroll tax filing
Attention to detail
Fast paced
Project exp- testing exp
Education- HS diploma
Payroll exp
Years of exp- 2- 3 years
Top skills- attention to detail, self-motivation, consistency
Team culture- Internal tickets communicating with outside tax vendors, testing, and attending meetings
