We pride ourselves on our inclusive company culture and core values: Respect, Integrity, Creating the Future for our Company and Community, and Excellence in Customer Service.*This position is located on the island of Oahu and candidates must work in the state of Hawaii upon hire*Typical duties include but are not limited to:Maintain direct bill receivables and correspond with business associates on open receivablesResearch and respond to customer inquiries via phone or emailIdentify and resolve policy and billing issuesAnalyze and interpret various accounting journals, policies, and proceduresPrepare Journal EntriesPerform SOX compliance dutiesOther duties as assigned by Supervisor(s)Qualifications / Experience:Keyboard 35+ wpmBasic proficiency of MS Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat)Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong relationship building skills necessary to service customers.An effective communicator who has strong relationship building skills necessary to service internal/external customersCustomer service skills - professional telephone etiquette, empathetic communicator, problem solving and analytical abilitiesTeam player and good work ethicsAble to adapt to changing circumstancesPerforms well under pressure of deadlines and completes assigned tasks in a prompt and reliable mannerAble to manage high volume of work in a multi-task environmentStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsAssociate III (along with the above qualifications):High school diploma2 years general office experienceSenior Associate (along with the above qualifications):2 year college degree or equivalent work experience3 years general office experiencePreferred Qualifications:Accounts receivable, collections and/or insurance experienceGuidewire Billing Center experienceSpecial Circumstances:May require periodic overtimeSalary:$39,000 to $55,800 annuallySalary offer is based on a number of factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
