Regeneron Genetics Center in Tarrytown, NY seeks an Associate Manager of Sequencing Informatics Research to lead development of multi-omics informatics methods for PacBio, Illumina, Olink and Ultima platforms.
This role collaborates with Sequencing & Lab Operations and Production Informatics to onboard new platforms, advance base-calling, read mapping, and variant calling, and deliver scalable, industry‑grade software.
