Associate Manager, Statistical Genetics & Target Discovery

Job description

Regeneron Genetics Center is seeking an individual contributor to analyze large-scale human genetic and phenotypic data for discovery and validation of new therapeutic targets. You will apply GWAS, EXWAS, rare variant analyses, Mendelian randomization, LD Score regression, and PRS modeling, integrating multi-omics data and collaborating with preclinical and clinical teams across Regeneron.

Strong programming in Python and R is required, with experience in Docker, Git, and data harmonization
