Job Title: Associate, Manufacturing Engineer

Job Location: Londonderry, NH

Job Schedule: 9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days - totaling 80 hours worked, and have every other Friday off

Job Description:

* Implement and analyze manufacturing plans and projects

* Design develop and transfer manufacturing and engineering tools, strategies and systems

* Develop manufacturing strategies for specific products and processes

* Interface with engineering in coordinating the release of new products

* Estimate manufacturing costs, determine time standards, and make recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines

* Maintain records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations

Qualifications:

* To be qualified, applicants must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or have completed their bachelor's degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.

Preferred Skills:

* Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, AutoCAD and/or Pro-E, Six Sigma, technical writing, MS Project and/or MS SharePoint

* Experience/training with AI tools to be used for systems engineering work, e.g., PFMEA, DFMEA, DOE design

* Experience/training with process flow mapping, PFEP, production material controls
