Your role
Do you have a proven ability to create a business development strategy? Are you an expert when it comes to implementing sales growth plans? We’re looking for an Associate Market Executive to:
act as a deputy to the Market Head in the daily management of the Market
develop a structured coaching program for financial advisors, helping them identify and achieve their growth needs
run regular sales meetings, assist with implementing growth initiatives, evaluate progress and create action plans to address underperformance
when appropriate, manage and resolve all escalated issues, including financial, reputational, compliance, supervisory, operational and HR governance risks
assist with selecting, hiring and on-boarding of financial advisors and oversee conversion of those transitioning
serve as financial advisor to personal clients while managing market responsibilities

You will work as part of a collaborative market leadership team alongside Market Directors, Supervisory Officers, Operations, and Administrative leaders. Together, the team is responsible for delivering a best-in-class advisor experience, driving market performance, fostering a strong culture, and ensuring consistent execution of firm priorities across the Los Angeles Market.
Your expertise
ideally 5-10 years of experience within the wealth management industry
proven leadership experience
series 7, 66, and 9/10
motivated, self-directed and driven
skilled at creating a positive business culture (you have the human touch)

Salary information
The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
United States - California - Los Angeles min USD - max USD /annum
The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
