nNorthrop Grumman is seeking an Associate Material Requirements Planning Analyst . This position will be located at our Mission Systems sector in Rolling Meadows, IL.
nThe qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman's Manufacturing Multidomain Sensing, Targeting and Survivability (MSTS).
nRoles and Responsibilities
nnnHelp ensure materials and equipment are available to customers per purchase order and schedule delivery dates.
n
nnCreate Manual Requisitions via the direction of material needs groups such as Engineers and Developers.
n
nnTrack Purchase Orders from placement through delivery.
n
nnNotify customers/management team promptly if a critical delivery is going to be late.
n
nnAssisting in the resolution of non-receivables.
n
nnAssisting the Engineering team with Capital projects by providing detailed status updates.
n
nnAttend staff bi-weekly meetings and other meetings as necessary.
n
nnOther responsibilities related to material needs analysis

n nThis position will be full time on-site.
nBasic Qualifications for the Associate Material Requirements Planning Analyst:
nnnBachelors degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or other business-related major. Associates degree and 2 or more years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing or other business related experience. 4 or more years of Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing or other business related experience in lieu of degree

nnU.S. Citizenship

nnDemonstrates the skill and ability to perform professional tasks.

nnExperience with Microsoft Office products: Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

n nPreferred Qualifications for the Associate Material Requirements Planning Analyst:
nnnExperience with MRP/ Supply Chain
n
nnSAP experience.
n
nnAPICS CPIM &/or CSCP certification.
n
nnProblem Solving ability and developing solution acumen to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity.
n
nnDiscretion/Latitude: Works under only very general supervision. Work is reviewed for soundness of judgment and overall adequacy and accuracy.
n
nnImpact contributes to the completion of organizational projects and goals.
n
nnLiaison: Frequent internal company contacts across multiple functions.

nPrimary Level Salary Range: $54,700.00 - $82,100.00
nThe above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
nDepending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
