Job description
Axis Community Health is seeking an Associate Medical Director to lead both clinical and administrative aspects of care across its clinics in the Tri-Valley area. The AMD will partner with the Chief Medical Officer to oversee provider performance, care transformation, and operational efficiency while advancing quality improvement initiatives for the aging population served by Axis.
