Job description
Donor Network West seeks a licensed physician to serve as Recovery Surgeon, Associate Medical Director, with expertise in organ donation, surgical organ recovery, and transplantation. The role includes intraoperative assessment and adherence to DNWest standards to increase available organs for transplantation.
The position covers DBD and DCD donor recovery, collaboration with hospital teams, organ biopsies, and involvement in organ preservation using OrganOx technologies.
