Associate Mental Health Therapist | ACSW, AMFT, APCC
Compensation (paid bi-weekly): $25-$35/hour

Role Summary
An Associate Mental Health Therapist provides outpatient therapy services under clinical supervision while working toward full licensure. Success in this role includes delivering high-quality care, building a consistent caseload, and meeting all supervision and documentation requirements in accordance with state licensure regulations.
Associate Therapist Responsibilities: under direct supervision of a Licensed Clinician:
Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities
Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals
Maintain an active caseload of a minimum of 12 clients per week required
Complete clinical documentation accurately and within required timelines
Participate in required individual and/or group clinical supervision
Follow ethical standards, licensing board rules, and organizational policies

Requirements
Associate Therapist Required Qualifications
Active, unrestricted license: ACSW, AMFT, APCC in California
Master's Degree from an accredited program in a counseling-related field, such as Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT)
Ability to provide therapy independently
Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms
Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children, adolescents, trauma, couples, etc.)
Experience in outpatient or group practice settings
