Associate Operations ProcessorWells Fargo is seeking an Associate Operations Processor in the Information Management Utility - File Management Vault. Learn more about the career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com.In this role, you will:Perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature receivingReceive, log, batch, and distributing workFile, photocopy, and review documentsPrepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mailRegularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced rolesWork under close supervision following established proceduresRequired Qualifications:6+ months of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Working knowledge of Document Capture, File Management policies and proceduresReview programs, processes, claims, documentation and/or files to ensure compliance with government regulations, internal operations, policies, proceduresAbility to navigate multiple computer systems and applicationsAbility to work independently, proactively, innovatively, and creatively while exercising sound judgmentExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsMaintain quality and productivity standards of the departmentStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracyIntermediate Microsoft Office skillsIdentify and communicate risks and problem areas.Perform reporting functions as requiredAbility to communicate with other employees to solve problemsAbility to communicate with upper-level managementJob Expectations:Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours.Ability to lift 20 to 40 lbs.Onsite every day, Monday-Friday.Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pmLocation: 4101 Wiseman Blvd Bldg. 108 San Antonio TX 78251Posting End Date: 4 Oct 2026We Value Equal OpportunityWells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
