This role involves performing basic operational tasks under supervision, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and adhering strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong work ethic, teamwork, and a willingness to learn and support production goals.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform basic job functions under the supervision of a qualified operatorOperate within assigned work areas and assist in routine production activitiesClean, maintain, and organize tools, equipment, and workspacesFollow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions accuratelyPerform basic machine adjustments as neededMaintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory requirementsDemonstrate basic math, communication, and problem-solving skillsCollaborate effectively with team members and supervisorsSupport team goals and assist peers when neededAdhere to Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHS&S) policiesManage time effectively to meet production targets and deadlinesRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDMinimum XXX months of experience in a manufacturing or production environmentBasic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform minor machine adjustmentsExperience working in a regulated environment (cGMP, SOPs, audits, etc.
