Position
Associate Ophthalmologist – Partnership Track
Location
Crestview, Florida (close to Destin)
Responsibilities
Provide outpatient ophthalmic care and perform surgical procedures for cataracts, refractive surgery, glaucoma, and eyelid/brow operations.
Work within a collaborative, well‑equipped practice that serves a strong referral network.
Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and quality improvement initiatives.
Maintain professional standards and compliance with clinical regulations.
Qualifications
M.D. or D.O. with completion of an accredited ophthalmology residency.
Board‑eligible or board‑certified in Ophthalmology.
Proficient in cataract, refractive, glaucoma, and eyelid surgical techniques.
Demonstrated communication, teamwork, and patient‑care skills.
Commitment to professional growth and leadership development.
