Douglas Orthodontics – Meridian and Laurel, Mississippi

Douglas Orthodontics is seeking a passionate and motivated Associate Orthodontist to join its well‑established team in Meridian, Mississippi. This opportunity offers the ability to work closely with Dr. Kevin Douglas, a Meridian native with over 15 years of clinical experience. Recognized for his commitment to excellence and strong community involvement, Dr. Douglas is deeply invested in mentorship and fostering a supportive, growth‑oriented practice culture.

With an established and active patient base across both the Meridian and Laurel practice locations, this role provides the opportunity to practice full‑scope orthodontics while benefiting from hands‑on mentorship and ongoing professional development. The position also offers the chance to contribute to a practice known for its strong relationships, clinical quality, and commitment to delivering consistent, trusted results.

With a rich history, growing local amenities, and a lifestyle that balances professional opportunity with comfort and stability, Meridian offers a unique and rewarding place to live and work.

About the Role

This full‑time opportunity is well‑suited for an orthodontist seeking to grow within a collaborative, patient‑focused environment while delivering a high standard of care to the Meridian community. Working alongside Dr. Douglas and a highly experienced team, the associate orthodontist will play an integral role in enhancing the patient experience and supporting overall practice success.
