Job Title - AP/AR and Payroll (Full time OR Part-time both possible )
Location - San Ramon, CA (Onsite)
Qualifications: LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY *
General Finance Administration:
Pay roll.
Invoicing and invoice tracking
Accounting
taxes
employee receipts tracking and calculations.
travel expenses etc.
filling and bookkeeping
background checks
SoW, CO, and PO tracking
on boarding and offboarding process
other activities as needed.
QuickBooks knowledge is a MUST have.
