Job DescriptionThe Associate Planner is responsible for facilitating business growth through analysis of merchandise selling, open to buy, monthly sales forecasts, sales to stock analysis, and profitability. The Planner will collaborate and coordinate planning activities with key stakeholders in Sales, Global Channel Merchandising, Product Management, North America Finance, and Demand Planning. CORE ACCOUNTABILITIESAssist digital wholesale team with detailed sales / inventory analysis to drive continued growth in key digital accountsPrepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for cross functional partners in Sales and Merchandising to provide detailed overview of business performance by accountLeverage analytics to identify risks and opportunities in season and provide actionable recommendations to improve business trend and drive growthManage key franchise and core replenishment assortment for NAM Wholesale providing Sales and Merchandising partners visibility to Wholesale key items and relevant trendMaintain and monitor monthly replenishment sales by SKU; ensure on order / future projections align with current retail performance, optimizing shipment potential on key itemsContribute to the development of standardized best practice reporting and improved cross functional communicationProduce ad-hoc reports and analysis upon requestJob RequirementsBachelor’s Degree1+ years related experienceProficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, familiar with MS OfficeExperience with SAP and TableauExcellent retail math skillsStrong organizational skills, attention to detail and business acumenExcellent presentation and communication skillsSelf-motivated, able to prioritize multiple deadlines, flexible under changing priorities and business environmentJob DetailsJob Type: Full TimeCategory: Strategic PlanningSalaried: Salaried
