Associate, Private Equity Buyout Investing
The Associate, Private Equity position at Bayview Asset Management offers a chance to work on a variety of complex financial transactions. You will be involved in evaluating and executing investments, building financial models, and conducting market research. What You’ll Do
Evaluate and execute investments across the firm’s portfolio.
Build and analyze detailed financial models and valuations.
Drive diligence workstreams and coordinate with third-party advisors.
Prepare investment committee materials and deal summaries.
Monitor portfolio company performance and support value creation initiatives.
Conduct market and industry research.
What You Need
2 to 4 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or private equity.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and modeling skills.
Detail-oriented and collaborative.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
