Associate, Private Equity Buyout Investing
Whistler Capital Partners is looking for a Private Equity Associate to join their team in Nashville. This role involves supporting various aspects of the investment process, including sourcing and executing deals, conducting due diligence, and managing portfolio companies. The firm focuses on the healthcare industry and offers a collaborative environment where you can make a significant impact.
What You’ll Do
Support the investment process from sourcing to execution.
Conduct research on healthcare sectors for investment opportunities.
Collaborate with team members on due diligence and financing.
Build financial models and prepare presentations for investment committees.
Monitor portfolio companies and provide strategic support.
Develop relationships with industry professionals and advisors.
What You Need
2-4 years of experience in investment banking or private equity.
Strong analytical skills and understanding of financial statements.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial modeling.
