CHANEL is seeking an Associate, Product Operations to support the Fashion After-Sales team in Piscataway, NJ. The role focuses on day-to-day operations, repair feasibility, and quality control in collaboration with client relations, quality, and workshop teams.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for product and client service. This is an in-person role requiring five days in the Piscataway office.
