Associate Production PlannerSolomon Page is partnering with a leading specialty retail and apparel brand to hire an Associate Production Planner to join its team in Columbus, Ohio. This role supports end-to-end order management, production tracking, delivery management, and reporting while partnering closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and offshore partners to ensure on-time execution and order accuracy. The Associate Production Planner is responsible for managing purchase orders, production milestones, delivery tracking, and reporting across multiple product categories and channels. This role serves as a key liaison between internal partners and external vendors to support production timelines, resolve issues, and maintain accurate order management in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.Location: Columbus, Ohio (Hybrid)Duration: 3-month contractPay Rate: $33.79/hourHours: 40 hours/weekResponsibilities:Manage purchase orders, amendments, and on-order reportingTrack production milestones, delivery dates, and order statusCoordinate with offshore partners on system updates and issue resolutionSupport production planning activities, order schedules, and tracking toolsMonitor commitments, capacity, and production timelinesManage liabilities, cancellations, and dispute resolution processesCommunicate production updates and resolve issues with cross-functional partnersMaintain reporting related to deliveries, liabilities, and production performanceRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required1-3 years of relevant experience; internship experience in a corporate environment preferredStrong Microsoft Office skills with advanced proficiency in ExcelExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentHighly collaborative with the ability to work cross-functionallyAdaptable and comfortable navigating change and evolving business needsIf you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
