Mentor and support medical students, residents, and faculty, encouraging professional development and a collaborative learning environment.

Monitor resident performance, providing feedback and support to ensure achievement of competency milestones.

Foster a culture of academic excellence, professionalism, and patient-centered care.

Serve as a liaison between the program, the medical community, and relevant stakeholders, both internal and external.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive residency and fellowship education across specialties.

Participate in the continuous improvement and evaluation of the residency program.

In this role, you will be part of both Wright State University's Boonshoft School of Medicine and Premier Health, one of the largest and most comprehensive healthcare systems in Southwest Ohio. This partnership creates a dynamic environment where patient care, clinical research, and medical education intersect. As a faculty physician, you will contribute to improving patient outcomes, advancing clinical innovation, and shaping the next generation of healthcare professionals.
