Job Title
Associate Project Engineer – PCI New England 586 (Holliston, MA)
Job Responsibilities
Conduct safety meetings
Create and manage punch lists
Support the quality control measures outlined in PCI’s QA/QC program
Prepare RFIs and submittals
Control labor on assigned projects, including setup and maintenance
Perform quantitative takeoffs for material ordering
Support implementation of the job schedule
Coordinate warranties and O&M
Coordinate material with purchase orders and invoicing
Salary range: $84,600 annual salary plus a non‑guaranteed annualized bonus program. This position is safety‑sensitive.
Basic Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Construction Science, or comparable work experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products (e.g., Excel, Word)
Clear understanding of how to read and interpret specifications and drawings
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to learn new skills through technical job functions and apply them as taught
Strong customer service skills and relationship‑building abilities
Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
Ability to multitask
Motivated self‑starter with strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
