Job description

Associate Quality Control TechnicianWith a career at Card Fulfillment Services, you'll play a significant role in an exciting growth industry while working with some of the most dedicated professionals around. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment that's both challenging and rewarding, we'd like to learn more about you!As a Associate Quality Control Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring products meet quality standards, performing quality testing on product batches and accurately tracking result. This role keeps necessary parties informed of quality issues in a clear and timely manner while complying with all procedures and regulations.Key Responsibilities:Perform quality testing on product batches using metrology tools in order to ensure that components are in conformance to all specifications and are visually acceptableAccurately document all testing resultsDetermine batch adjustments for any batches that do not conform to the requirements, utilizing batch history, adjustment guidelines, and consultations with peer associates and supervisorsClearly communicates any conformity problems to all necessary partiesAssist supervisors in resolving quality control issues, tracking quality trends, recommending and implementing plans to improve quality and production efficiencyUnderstands and complies with quality systems regulations, ISO standards, and all federal, state, and local regulationsMaintain a clean, organized work areaComply with all safety, DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and proceduresUse all designated Personal Protective Equipment as requiredBehave in accordance with Travel Tags, Inc. Core ValuesEducation:Required: High school diploma or equivalentDesired: Associates degree in related technical fieldExperience:1 year of experience in the fields of quality assurance, quality control, inspection, or manufacturingOther Knowledge and Skills:Ability to distinguish colors in order to distinguish printing errorsAbility to work independently with minimal direct supervisionProficient at Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPointAbility to respond to continually changing priorities and coordinate multiple projectsPerform a variety of tasks throughout the day in a fast paced work environmentInteract constructively and effectively with all plant employeesAbility to work in a team environment toward a common goalReacts to change productively and handles other tasks as assignedMaintains a pattern of regular and predictable attendanceAbout Travel Tags, Inc.We value a work-life balance and the overall well-being of our employees.
