Associate Quality InspectorBoeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Product Acceptance Specialist to join our dynamic team in Smithfield, PA.Position Responsibilities:Verifies product conformance to design requirementsProvides objective evidence of resultsValidates work instructions, tooling requirements, certifications, process standards, policies, and proceduresIdentifies and documents discrepancies, segregates, and controls non-conforming itemsPerforms preliminary review and disposition of non-conformanceConducts product review with customer during product or process verificationIdentifies repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiates requests for corrective actionBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):1+ years of experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality, or experience in a regulated industry1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word1+ years of experience using strong analytical and problem-solving skillsPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):1+ years of experience working in a cross functional work environmentWilling and able to work any shift based on business needsSuccessful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest assessment process.Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
