Ares Management is looking for an Associate to join their Real Estate Equity team. In this role, you’ll be involved in assessing real estate investments and conducting financial analyses. You’ll work closely with a team of professionals to manage assets and support investment decisions. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in the real estate private equity space.
What You’ll Do
Create detailed financial models for real estate investments.
Analyze capital structures and business plans.
Evaluate property characteristics and market demand.
Communicate findings to senior management.
Support ongoing asset management and property sales.
Review legal documents during negotiations.
What You Need
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
2-4 years of finance experience.
Experience in real estate investment banking or private equity is a plus.
Strong Excel skills; ARGUS knowledge is helpful but not required.
Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and integrity.
