Join 3pX Group’s Manhattan office as an Entry-Level Associate Consultant recruiting in a niche market within our core vertical: Finance systems (Codex). As an Associate Consultant at 3pX Group, you will build strong, lasting relationships with clients (businesses) and candidates (potential job seekers).
Your goal: To unlock talent by connecting ambition with opportunity.
This is a full-cycle (360°) Recruitment role, giving you full ownership of your market and your success. You’ll gain hands-on experience in the following and much more...

Key details:
Location: New York, NY 10004 – onsite
Start date: January 2027
Base salary: $50,000 + uncapped commission (Average OTE Year 1 = $85,000 - with top performers earning $130,000 Year 1)
Hours: Monday - Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM | Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
