Job description
Estée Lauder Companies is seeking an Associate Scientist/Engineer in Technical Products Research to translate consumer insights into innovative product designs and technologies. You will work across category platforms with partners in Advanced Technologies, Formulation, Packaging and Processing.
You will contribute to defining performance targets, develop technical benefit statements, and support consumer model development while learning the department's SOPs and methodologies.
