Glossier stores are experience-first spaces where fragrance discovery happens at the counter daily, the exact retail craft our retail-experience coverage celebrates.
About the Role
The Associate Store Director partners with the Store Director to run the full operation: leading and coaching a large team of Editors and Key Leads, owning scheduling and payroll discipline, driving sales and customer experience metrics, and keeping the floor's energy at brand standard through Las Vegas tourist volume. The role is the succession seat for store leadership.
Who Should Apply
