Associate Support Services TechnicianIhlen, MN $32,099 - $39,099 a yearFull TimeJob SummaryThis role is dedicated to ensuring a clean, safe, and sanitary environment in healthcare settings, adhering to strict infection control and safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain cleanliness and safety in assigned areas, including operating rooms and common spaces.Clean and disinfect equipment and supplies, ensuring proper maintenance.Handle, separate, and dispose of regular and biohazardous waste following established protocols.Adhere to infection prevention and safety policies consistently.Collaborate effectively with team members while also working independently to fulfill department needs.Education and ExperienceHigh school diploma or G.E.D. preferred.Previous related experience is advantageous.Certification as a Surgical Cleaning Technician is preferred.1-2 years of relevant work experience recommended.Work ScheduleFirst shift, approximately 37.5 hours per week, with rotating holiday and weekend duties.This position is located in a regional healthcare facility serving the Midwest area of the United States.
