Associate Support Services TechnicianJoin a dedicated team focused on maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment within a healthcare setting in the Midwest region. This role involves thorough cleaning and disinfection of operating rooms and common areas, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly maintained and sanitized. Responsibilities include the careful handling and disposal of both regular and biohazardous waste in compliance with infection prevention and safety protocols. The position requires working both independently and collaboratively to support departmental goals.Education and Experience:1. High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred. 2. Prior experience in a related support services role is advantageous. 3. Certification as a Surgical Cleaning Technician is preferred. 4. Typically requires 1-2 years of relevant experience. This is a second shift position with scheduled weekly hours totaling 37.5.
