Associate - Support Services Technician, Night ShiftIhlen, MN $32,089 - $41,099 a yearFull TimeJob Summary: This role is essential for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment in healthcare settings, adhering strictly to infection control and safety policies. The individual will be responsible for cleaning and disinfecting operating rooms and common areas, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly maintained and sanitized.Key Responsibilities:Maintain cleanliness and safety in assigned areas following healthcare standards.Clean and disinfect operating rooms and shared spaces thoroughly.Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively.Properly handle, separate, and dispose of regular and biohazardous waste.Adhere to all infection prevention, safety, and institutional policies.Work both independently and collaboratively to fulfill department needs.Education and Experience:High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred.Previous related experience is advantageous.Certification as a Surgical Cleaning Technician is preferred.1-2 years of relevant work experience is desirable.Work Schedule: Night shift, Monday through Friday, approximately 37.5 hours per week.This position is located in a regional healthcare facility serving the Midwest area of the United States.
