Associate Support Services Technician - PRN EveningsGranite Falls, MN $28,089 - $39,099 a yearJob Type: Full TimeJob Summary: Join a dedicated team focused on maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment within healthcare facilities across the Midwest region. This role supports patients, staff, visitors, and vendors by performing essential non-clinical tasks with professionalism and hospitality.Key Responsibilities:Perform floor care projects including top scrubbing, stripping, and refinishing floors to a high gloss using specialized equipment.Conduct detailed cleaning of edges, baseboards, doors, and transition strips.Manage supply inventories and place orders for cleaning and maintenance materials.Inspect assigned areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.Assist with moving furniture and equipment as needed.Perform window washing, carpet cleaning, and light fixture maintenance.Maintain equipment cleanliness and promptly report any repair needs.Adhere to chemical and tool usage guidelines and perform additional housekeeping tasks as assigned.Demonstrate excellent guest relations by showing courtesy, compassion, and respect in all interactions.Support legal and regulatory compliance by reporting any concerns related to abuse, neglect, or safety.Protect confidentiality and privacy of patients and staff.Work collaboratively with the Support Services team, offering assistance and fostering a cooperative environment.Communicate effectively with supervisors and peers, providing updates and participating in problem-solving.Report safety concerns and incidents immediately and follow established safety protocols.Participate in disaster response duties as assigned.Education and Experience:High school diploma or GED preferred.Previous experience in a related support services or housekeeping role is advantageous.
