Associate Support Services Technician - PRN EveningsJoin a dedicated team focused on maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across healthcare facilities in the Midwest region. This role supports patients, staff, visitors, and vendors by performing essential non-clinical tasks with professionalism and hospitality.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform floor care including top scrubbing, stripping, and refinishing to achieve a high-gloss finish using specialized equipment.Conduct detailed cleaning of edges, baseboards, doors, and transition strips.Manage inventory and ordering of supplies such as paper products, cleaning agents, and paint.Inspect assigned areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.Assist with moving furniture and equipment as needed.Perform window washing, carpet cleaning, and light fixture maintenance.Archive records and complete other duties as assigned.Housekeeping and Laundry DutiesMaintain cleanliness and proper function of assigned equipment, reporting repairs promptly.Demonstrate correct use of chemicals, supplies, and tools.Support other support services tasks as required.Performance and ComplianceAdhere to departmental standards and minimum performance expectations including attendance, training, and uniform policies.Exhibit courteous, compassionate, and respectful interactions with all customers.Report any concerns related to abuse, neglect, or safety issues promptly.Protect patient and staff privacy and confidentiality.Work collaboratively with team members, offering assistance and fostering a cooperative environment.Communicate professionally and keep supervisors informed of work status and needs.Report maintenance needs for furniture, buildings, and fixtures.Participate in emergency response duties as assigned.Follow all safety, infection control, disaster, and support services policies and procedures.Education and ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED preferred.Previous related experience is advantageous.Evening shift, typically 5 PM to 1 AM, on a part-time basis.
