About You
DVM/VMD or equivalent degree that qualifies you to practise veterinary medicine in the US
You hold (or are eligible for) licensure in Massachusetts and/or Rhode Island
New graduates through to highly experienced DVMs are encouraged to apply
A team-first attitude – someone who treats every colleague with respect and values collaboration
Passionate about delivering high‑quality, evidence‑based, client‑focused medicine
Strong communication skills with both clients and team members
Benefits
Competitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $190,000, depending on experience
Flexible pay structure: straight salary or base plus production – tailored to you
