Location East Meadow, United States Sector Other Salary $130,000.00 to $170,000.00 per annum
We are working on behalf of a well established, full service small animal hospital in East Meadow, NY that is looking to welcome a full time Associate Veterinarian to its close knit team. With 13 years of history and a recent expansion, the hospital offers a modern, thoughtfully updated facility with fully equipped surgical and dental suites, digital radiology, digital dental x-ray, radiosurgery, and a full in-house lab. Doctors here handle a wide range of cases in house, from advanced dentistry and general and orthopedic surgery to abdominal ultrasound, with trusted specialist partners available for select cases such as echocardiography. The schedule is built to respect your time: 40 hours across five days with a rotating Saturday, no on call, and no expectation to stay late. You will be backed by a 2:1 staff to doctor ratio and an experienced, low turnover team that takes real pride in cleanliness, collaboration, and high quality patient and client care. The practice has a long track record of mentoring new graduates, so whether you are an experienced DVM or just starting out, you will have genuine support as you grow. About You
DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution
You hold, or are eligible for, veterinary licensure in New York
Experienced DVMs and new graduates are both welcome to apply
