Arlington, Indiana. Multi‑Doctor community practice.
Salary: $105,000‑$140,000 plus production bonuses.
Open role for an associate veterinarian seeking high‑quality care and modern diagnostic tools.
Key Practice Information
Over 20 years of service in the community
Fully equipped diagnostic and treatment capabilities
Supportive staff including four experienced DVMs
Key Responsibilities
Provide wellness, medical, and surgical services
Work collaboratively on challenging cases
Build long‑term client relationships through education and communication
Salary & Benefits
Base salary of $105,000‑$140,000 plus production
CE and licensure support provided
Full health benefits (medical, dental, vision)
Three weeks PTO

Qualifications
DVM or equivalent
Indiana veterinary license (or eligibility)
