Description

Associate Veterinarian – Family Pet Animal Hospital | Chicago, IL

Family Pet Animal Hospital is looking for a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our team in Chicago’s vibrant Lincoln Park neighborhood. We’re seeking an experienced small animal veterinarian who is confident in general practice, enjoys working as part of a collaborative team, and is looking for a long-term home where they can make a meaningful impact on patients, clients, and the community.

About You

You can care for pets throughout every stage of their lives, build lasting relationships with clients, and become a trusted part of the local community. You’ll work alongside a supportive team in a collaborative environment that values high-quality medicine and compassionate care. You’ll be empowered to focus on what matters most, delivering exceptional care and supporting the health and well-being of every patient. Wherever you are in your career, this is a place where you can continue to grow as both a veterinarian and a leader.

We’re seeking an experienced small animal veterinarian who is comfortable performing surgery and dentistry and is interested in utilizing and expanding those skills. Family Pet currently performs routine procedures including spays, neuters, and small mass removals, and we would welcome a doctor who is confident with these procedures and potentially interested in taking on more advanced surgical cases as their interests and comfort level allow.

You’ll be someone who takes pride in practicing high-quality medicine, enjoys building relationships with clients, and is willing to jump in and support your teammates when challenges arise.
