Job description
We are currently seeking an associate to join our practices. Advanced Veterinary Care Center is an exclusive small animal practice located in scenic Cody, Wyoming. Heart Mountain Animal Health, our sister location, is just down the road in Powell.
Our practices are privately owned and well-established. We are located in a prime destination of Wyoming in a rapidly growing area. Cody and Powell boast unlimited outdoor adventures, safe communities to live and raise a family, as well as having amenities such as a regional airport, hospital and community college.
We offer soft-tissue and some orthopedic surgeries, dentistry, internal medicine, preventive care and emergency services. There is an immense opportunity for expansion into exotics, alternative medicine, advanced surgery or other personal areas of interest with the blossoming community and drive for higher quality medicine. Work-life balance while providing top-notch veterinary care is our priority.
We offer ultrasound, digital and dental radiography, endoscopy, in-house Abaxis CBC, chemistry and clotting machines, Heska EPOC, therapeutic laser and a well-equipped surgical suite. Billings and Bozeman, Montana are nearby and offer specialty and referral options for those advanced cases.

Ideally we are searching for a full-time associate but will consider part-time. The area has a need for urgent/emergency care and a position for that as well should that be your primary interest. New graduates are welcome to apply. Our ideal candidate is an individual who has a positive attitude, willingness to be a team player and has the desire to practice high-quality medicine while developing their own niche within the practice.
