About Thrive Decatur

Located just outside of Atlanta, Thrive Decatur is a small-animal primary care practice serving dogs, cats, and the families who love them throughout Decatur and the surrounding Atlanta communities. Our hospital focuses on accessible, relationship-based veterinary care while giving doctors the tools and support they need to practice quality medicine.

Our team provides comprehensive general practice care, including wellness and preventive medicine, vaccinations, sick-patient care, routine diagnostics, dentistry, and surgery. With an established client base and a varied caseload, our doctors have the opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients while continuing to strengthen their medical and surgical skills.

For an experienced veterinarian, Thrive Decatur offers the opportunity to step into a practice where your knowledge and clinical judgement are valued. You’ll have the ability to contribute to the continued growth of the hospital, collaborate with your team, and help shape an environment centered around excellent medicine, strong client relationships, and a positive team culture.

We are open Monday – Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and closed Sunday.

Our Decatur location also offers the advantage of being part of the greater Atlanta veterinary community while maintaining the feel of a neighborhood practice. Decatur combines easy access to Atlanta with its own vibrant community, local restaurants and shops, parks, and established neighborhoods, making it an appealing place to build both a career and a life.

As part of Thrive Pet Healthcare, you’ll have the support of a nationwide veterinary community while still having the opportunity to make an impact within your local hospital.
