Job description
Location Easley, United States Sector Other Salary $100,000.00 to $150,000.00 per annum
We are working on behalf of a well established, full service small animal hospital in Easley, SC that is looking to add an Associate Veterinarian to its four doctor team. The practice has been caring for pets across the Easley and Powdersville area since 2001 and is known locally for taking the time to listen and treating every patient with the same kindness the team would give their own. The caseload is varied and genuinely interesting: wellness, surgery, dentistry, urgent care and advanced diagnostics, with in house ultrasound and echocardiography led by a board certified internal medicine specialist. That level of in house support is unusual for a practice this size and means you can work cases up properly rather than referring everything out. Just as important is how the schedule is built. The last appointment of the day is at 5:30 PM, there is no on call, and you will not be expected to stay late. A 2 to 1 support staff to doctor ratio means you have the help, and the respect, to practice well instead of doing everything yourself. The team is stable and experienced with 25 years of community roots behind it, and the hospital sits within a group that offers partnership pathways for doctors who want a longer term stake in a practice, which can be explored in more detail during the process. This is a strong fit for a DVM who wants a full small animal caseload, real clinical support, and a schedule that lets them switch off at the end of the day.
