Job description

We are looking for a full or part‑time veterinarian that wants a long‑term investment. We will assist with relocation expenses and offer a competitive salary.

What We Offer

Flexible schedule: 2‑4 ten‑hour days a week, tailored to each doctor.

Competitive salary: ProSal model 22‑23%.

High assistant‑to‑DVM ratio: 3 : 1.

Support for DVM moms & dads: work‑life balance for parents.

Advanced technology: digital radiographs, dental, ultrasound, Idexx lab machines (Sedivue, Catalyst & CBC), InVue, cloud software, up‑to‑date anesthetic monitoring.

Mentorship: doctors receive mentorship for surgical procedures, orthopedics, and ongoing education.

Recreation & community: located in Leaburg, Oregon, about 20 miles east of Eugene with views of the McKenzie River and plenty of outdoor activities.

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or related degree from an accredited university
