Associate Veterinarian – General Practice
Cincinnati Metro, Ohio
$120,000–$175,000 | Full-Time

DVM Focus is recruiting an Associate Veterinarian for an established companion animal practice in the Cincinnati metro area. This opportunity offers a varied general practice caseload, experienced team support, and an environment focused on high-quality medicine and continued professional growth.
Whether you’re early in your veterinary career or bringing several years of experience, this is an opportunity to build on your clinical strengths while maintaining room to develop new ones.
What You’ll Do
You’ll provide comprehensive companion animal care, including:
Wellness and preventive medicine
Diagnostic workups and case management
General medical care
Routine surgery
Dentistry
Client education and communication
Collaboration with fellow veterinarians and support staff
You’ll have the opportunity to develop your clinical interests while working within a supportive, team-oriented practice environment.

DVM, VMD, or equivalent veterinary degree
Active Ohio veterinary license or ability to obtain one
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Compensation & Benefits
Market-based compensation range: $120,000–$175,000 , depending on experience, qualifications, schedule, clinical skill set, and compensation structure.
